Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<br>

No returns for used items.  

No returns for used items.  Sorry but in the past some used items have been returned damaged.  Please contact us for details of used items prior to purchase.   Our conservative grading system is used to ensure you know what you are getting.

Pre-approved Returns only for original sealed packaged items.

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
  • Customer Service must authorize refunds and returns IN ADVANCE.
  • All products must be returned with original labels affixed in original sealed packaging.
  • Only unworn clothing items (shirts, pants, sets, jackets, dresses, pajamas, etc.) may be returned.
  • Returns must include the name of the original purchaser.
  • Refunds will exclude return shipping and handling.
  • A 20% restocking fees will be subtracted from your refund.

 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the stated amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
